(Pre-requisite: Verified Current Podiatric Experience)

Objective: To become employed in an entry-level position of an X-ray Technician in a Podiatric practice.

 

Educational Objective: To educate students to acquire satisfactory skills and demonstrate competence in Radiographic examinations to be performed under the scope of Leg-Podiatrics.  This education will consist of a didactic (classroom) and clinical education (externship).  Upon successful completion, the student will be eligible to sit for The State of California Department of Public Health, Radiologic Health Branch examination for Limited Permit X-ray Technician Leg-Podiatric Category.
